Shipping and returns
Delivery mode, times and costs
Each order is prepared within 3 working days* following the order date (Monday to Friday).
Orders are sent to the address indicated, by post for the small bags which can be sent in a basic envelope, and by the Colissimo carrier for small parcels (as soon as the format no longer allows letter-size shipping). Bulky items can also be shipped by the carrier Mondial Relay (e.g. lamps, beanbags).
– Standard delivery (home and relay point): 3 to 6 working days
– Free pick-up: 3 to 6 working days (contact us).
– Standard delivery (home and relay point): 4 to 8 working days
INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS
– Standard Delivery (home): 6 to 12 working days
* Please note that during busy periods (Christmas, sales, flash sales or private sales), the preparation time of your order can be extended up to 5 working days after validation of your order.
** In the event of delivery outside Metropolitan France and the European Union, administrative and/or customs charges may be applied by the carrier, at the customer’s expense.
*** For custom product orders, shipping time is 15 working days upon receipt of order and payment. This period can be reduced to 7 working days during the Christmas period (December) depending on the type of product (contact us).

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package.
– Payment accepted: your order has been validated.
– Preparation in progress: we prepare your order in our workshop.
– Workshop preparation: if you have ordered a custom product, it is being produced in our workshop.
– On its way: your order has been given to our carrier, you can track the delivery of your order with the tracking number sent by email or available in your space.
– Delivered: your package has been delivered to your home or to a relay point.
Parcel returned to sender
We will keep you informed if the package is returned to us. Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to our workshop, it cannot be reshipped and will be automatically refunded within 14 working days.
Returning your package
You can return your products to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, for exchange****, credit note or refund. The return costs are at your expense. Your return request must be made online, through our contact form. Any order returned without a prior return request will unfortunately not be processed.
Here are the steps to follow :
1/ Make your request by email at info[a]coupdvent.com or through our contact form
2/ Validation of your return: once the return is accepted by our team, you will receive an email “waiting for the package”.
3/ Send: we then invite you to return the product(s) in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging), together with the delivery note, to the following address :

You will receive an email to let you know when the refund has been made. Allow about 10 working days for our workshop to process your return package.
**** In the case of an exchange request for a different model, it may be necessary to reorder on our online shop.
